Bad News For Me

Well, I ride at a little stable not that far from my house. Today at my weekly lesson I found out that some rumors that I have been hearing are actually true. About a month ago my friend who works at the stable (and is in my weekly lesson) heard from some of the staff that there are plans to build a road straight through the stable. People came that day to spray where the water and power lines are and that stuff. I didn't exactly know what to think. Hey guys! Just got home from Festival or Performance Assessment. Worst thing ever. So basically, you choose three songs and practice them for like three or four months and then play them in front of judges. I am in the Advanced Orchestra at my school so we were kind of in the middle of everyone who played. I think we rocked out three songs but sucked the sight-reading portion. If we get a bad score whatever. We rocked all of the other classes! Bye!

Mmmmmm... Rainbow Log Cake

Hey! So yeah I have been recently been introduced to my new favorite dessert. Yes, rainbow log cake. OHMYGAWSH. It's like, three layers of almond cake in green, red, and yellow with raspberry filling in between layers covered with thick dark chocolate. I'm in LOVE!!!! Seriously it is so good. My sister's friend went to New York and brought it back for us from a little bake shop there. I have made a mental to give her and her whole family big hugs. See ya!
